Effective Freelancing
A freelancer is essentially an individual who is self-employed. This brings with it the potential for higher annual gross income, tax breaks, flexibility of where, when and who you contract to and many other tangible benefits. However there are two types of freelancers, those who are successful and those who are not.
Unlike being an employee of a company, you have no support infrastructure and it is this lack of structure and support that is the underlying cause of failure.
The IFA 12 step programme is a structured model underpinned with over half a century of proven experience by informed leaders in this field. If followed it will deliver both the tangible and intangible benefits of freelancing:-
- You have the ability to increase your gross annual income year after year
- You have or will have maintained continuity of contracts over at least a 10 year projection
- You are trading in full compliance with legislation removing the risk of large financial penalties
- You are trading through the most tax effective business model
- You are fully insured to remove financial risk which could make you bankrupt
- You are utilising administration and support services and not losing chargeable days
- You are maintaining a continuous development programme so as not to be left behind
- You are marketing your services in a direct and effective manner
- You are building up a network of clients and colleagues
- You have a Wealth Management Plan to ensure you keep the benefit
- You do not overload your ability to deliver and damage your reputation
- You have set aside time for the three most important assets you are ever likely to have a major say in; yourself, your family and your health
If any of the above made you stop and read it again, you need to take immediate action. Don’t fail through lack of knowledge and planning, IFA provides you with all you need to succeed.
