Board of Governing Members

IFA Voice required the following essential tenets to be shared by its Governing Members:-

Founding companies had to be able to demonstrate depth of structure and a wealth of experience in all freelancer related issues; they had to fully understand the freelance market and its international expansion; perhaps even more importantly they had to share the most unusual but well-informed view that, by sharing their experience and knowledge they would not be disadvantaged but rather enrich the freelance market and create opportunities for all.

They had to make the commitment to fund the financial investment required to take IFA from a concept into a profit making position, they had to have the will to drive it forward to create an international centre of excellence for freelancer market global advancement.

They had to realise that their commitment was founded on their understanding that they are merely temporary custodians and that the ownership of IFA will be passed to individual freelancers, companies who provide freelancers with products and services, and financial institutions that traditionally support freelancers, by the release of share ownership from time to time. Ultimately listing on the UK stock exchange when it is in IFA’s strategic interest to do so, enabling all players in the freelance market who participate through the IFA freelance market to benefit from their patronage and investment.
