As an IFA Corporate User Member, you will be given your own Corporate Job Diamond™ Console which provides you with 9 Facets that enable you to Search Candidate CV’s, Post Jobs, Update / Delete Jobs, generate Applicants / Shortlists to match your Posted Jobs, maintain a list of your Top Freelancers, know who is Available Now and receive eNotification of CV’s as soon as they are uploaded. You can Search for Candidates with International Freelancer Passports (IFP), search and view candidates Video Profiles and develop you own Networks and tap into the already well-established IFA Network.
It has been laid out strategically as a business process within the build programming to simulate an outsourced team of staff whose sole purpose is to find the Freelancer to meet your requirements.

This will deliver a more focused and accurate outcome for each specific Job Search you do.

Facet 2 - Post Job / eNotifications
Our simple Jobs Posting facility enables you to directly advertise your vacancies for Freelancer positions. It is your company’s name that is identified with your contact details; you are in direct contact; there is no interference from an intermediary, you are accessing directly an ever-expanding IFA Freelance community. In addition to a set of standard criteria, Industry, Location, Job Title etc, you have free text to insert a Job specification. Other relevant information can be included.
Your branded jobs can be electronically pushed to Freelancers Blackberry's, iPhones, other smart phones and PCs. An SMS text notification packages is also available to Freelancers. You have the option to be notified of new CV’s posted matching your specified requirement post your search.
You can advertise directly to the Freelancer community via our online e-Advertising facilities or via e-Voice or indeed by participating in the Forums. Placing you Jobs on-line with IFA gets you 24 hours, 365 days a year marketing as part of this facet.

Facet 3 - Update / Delete Job
This enables you to modify your Job Postings as more information becomes available from your End User Client alternately you can delete it once fulfilled or no there is no longer a requirement. |

Facet 7 - International Freelancer Passport (IFP) Profiles
At IFA we fully appreciate that you are normally up against tight placement deadlines and need to access other key information in addition to a Freelancer’s CV. These can include a their professional profile, passport information, driving licence validity/restrictions, qualifications, medical fitness/certificate, Visa, Work Permits, insurances, offshore survival & fire fighting training etc. The ability to access this information immediately will enable you to evaluate and commence the mobilisation process for the Freelance candidates quickly.
A Freelancers IFP is an up to date registers of such information, specifically expiry or last updates of their documentation. You can request directly from the Freelancer information stated as available which he can send from his IFP account. Other information that we do not hold due to the Data Protection Act, Identify Theft or other protocols, you can also directly request from the Freelancer as you are now informed as to what he has at hand. |

Facet 8 - Video Profiles
Video marketing is rapidly replacing the need for the front end interview whereby, it gives both the Agency and End User Client a fuller appreciation of a Freelancers positive, personal attributes. It gives an insight into other soft skill sets such as communications and presentation, skills not wholly apparent in the written CV or supporting documentation.
